"I want people to do what I say, and if you don't, I will beat you up until you do!" In the new Europe, France is not as big as they want to be. The only thing about France that is big is their inflated egos. Sorry France, time moves on and your relevance is not as it used to be (or was it ever?)
That type of rhetoric from Chirac makes him look like an arrogant buffoon. Welcome to the new Europe France... heheheh... And stand up and be counted Bulgaria, Romania, etc... After years of Soviet domination, isn't it great to have a voice now?
