Go to B-Day Party, take pics of Fire?

Saturday, oh what should I do today... hmmm... I know. I'll pack up the family, drive and hour to my sisters house and celebrate my nephews fourth birthday! Oh.. and take pictures of course. Of fire.

Yea, I'm strange like that some say. However when your armed with a nice digital camera your always on the lookout for interesting and eye catching pics. Plus my bro Dilok (aka.. Dilok.com) inspires me with his photographic genius.

So here is one pic I grabbed and made an easier size to deal with, it's still big.

Interesting thing is, the closer I moved to the fire for this pic the hotter everything became. Odd. :-P

Another thing I like about this picture is. I can see Muddy standing there in front of the fire, bare chested (RRROWL), wearing a loin cloth and thumping his chest with ball fisted hands, yelling proudly "I HAVE MADE FIRE!"

Oh and one more thing.. A friend and I talked about wanting to go away during xmas for a weekend to spend some uh "quality" time together, she thought it would be a nice weekend to "lounge around" near a fire place. Xmas came and went and so much going on that, that planed never happened. So if I could PLEASE get a wallpaper size of this picture, I am going to mount it on my desktop, invite her over this weekend, blinfold her and convert my love shack into that little get away cabin. Oh the brownie points I can "score" with this idea, she'll think it was so cute, and all i can hear now is the sound of BOOM BOOM! yeah baby yeah!

**...yes folks, we have secretly "replaced" diloks love shack with a little "get away cabin". Now, let's stand back and see if she notices the difference...**
