Teresa KErry Tells Report to 'Shove It'

BOSTON - Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry doesn't have a problem with his wife telling an insistent journalist to "shove it" when urged to explain her plea for more civility in politics. Neither does Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Personally, I haven't got a problem with this. Heck! I admire it!

What I do have a problem with is her inability to answer direct questions about her statements. Also, what's so un-american about our politics? I don't think anything is being said that hasn't been said for 2 centuries! At least today we don't throw manure at each other during stump speeches! Maybe the lack of manure throwing is what she meant by un-American.

The other thing I don't like is her spokesperson saying that the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review is a "Right-wing rag." Maybe I should start referring to the Boston Globe as a socialist rag, since this is now okay.

That all being said, she must not want to be the first lady very much cause that is not a good way to get there!

Shove it? Just goes to show what happens when you are filthy rich, you forget how to taunt.
Shove it is right up there with, "you smell!", come on man, how weak.
Would have been much cooler to say, "Get bent" or "Bite Me", but Shove it?

Sad.

What is funny according to the AP article she DID say un-American, so the reporter was right, hahahahahaha...

yeah, ya know....I normally wouldn't have a problem with it either (and I would also normally applaud something like that) BUT she *was* indeed quoted (in three different articles that I've read so far) as saying "un-american". All the reporter asked was for her to elaberate more on what she ment by what she said. I don't think that's too much for any reporter to ask. Apparently, according to one article found at:

http://www.nbc5.com/politics/3576908/detail.html

Teresa Kerry has has "issues" with the 'Tribune':

"The Pittsburgh Tribune Review is known for its conservative editorial tradition and Heinz Kerry has had editorial disagreements with the newspaper in the past."

Now, I don't know *what* her issues are with them ( nor do I care really) but if she wants to act like a b**ch by denying what she said then name calling someone else when *they* call her on it then, that's her buisness and, you're right, skywalker...."she must not want to be the first lady very much cause that is not a good way to get there!"

Not to mention that they have it on tape with her saying the un-American statement. I find it funny that when a liberal says something is un-American it is okay, but when a conservative says something is, then all hell breaks loose!

"... but when a conservative says something is, then all hell breaks loose!"

Yep! Not to mention, the conservatives are labled "right winged" conspirators.

That's a term coined by Mrs. (and I use the term Mrs. loosely) Hillary Clinton

Ah...would that have been around the time in the 90's when all the republicans where being so mean to her hubby? *sniff sniff*
How creative (well, not really but...) She must be so proud.
