This story is almost like guess how many jelly beans are in the jar. Maybe we should start a collection up and whoever guesses what this thing is wins half and I get half since I'm such a great guy.

Either that or a "dony" (a cross between a dog and a miniature pony) In any case, it appears to be the offspring from a romance between to different animal species that just didn't have a good outcome.
it looks like a hyena. theres nothing shocking or weird about it, its clearly present something is wrong with its coat and it has no fur. probably just a mutt dog.
