I just would like to state that our thoughts and prayers are with Former President Bill Clinton and his family as he undergoes by-pass surgery for a "Significant blockage."
As someone who has gone through this with a family member it is a scary thing, but usually a very successful and uneventful surgery - though when I went through it was many years ago. I was much younger and the surgery was not as well-versed into doctors as it is now.
I was actually going to have muddy post this later when he got up...thanks for beating me...uh, I mean - *him* to it.:-)
Yes, our thoughts and prayers are indeed wiht him and his family. And as you stated, this *is* "...usually a very successful and uneventful surgery..." though sometimes the fear *of* the procedure/surgery can sometimes be more stressful than the actual surgery itself for the person and loved ones involved (as I'm sure you would agree) so lets pray that God will also grant them peace of mind and spirit as well.;-)
