Terrorism Alert in France

TERRORISM ALERT IN FRANCE -- (AP, UPI) Yesterday, the French Government
announced that it has raised its terror alert level from RUN to HIDE.

The only two higher levels of their terror alert are SURRENDER and
COLLABORATE. The heightened alert was precipitated by the recent fire
which destroyed the French White Flag factory, effectively disabling their military.

Great post !
However, don't misjudge our behavior, though we may look frightend, we french have no worry, our american friends will come to the rescue. Hopefully they'll invade us, get us rid of our weapons of mass destruction and restore democracy.

"...get us rid of our weapons of mass destruction..."

So *that's* what your governments been doing with the bribe money they recieved from the 'oil for food'. Shame, shame, shame.

The bribe money we got from the irakis was used to fool the USA into believing there were WMD's and into inviding Iraq. Thus we became loved all over the world for opposing that invasion, meanwhile the USA suffer huge losses.
That's how tricky we are. Bush is a double agent for France, he's been bribed into invading iraq, reforming social security, moving out of the kyoto protocol. He's done everything he could in order to reduce the USA's image in the world, and lead it to bankrupcy.
I personnaly funded the republican campaign. Don't you know it ?

(on a serious note : I was in favor of bush's reelection that's true. I might have sent cash, but they don't allow foreign funding in US presidential elections...)

??
You were in Favor of Bush?? After you cheered on Kerry?

(not that I voted for either, just think that's odd)

"I was in favor of bush's reelection that's true. I might have sent cash, but they don't allow foreign funding in US presidential elections"

Thats our way of saying keep your blood money. I wonder how many Iraqi's went without food so your Governement could line its pockets?

Too bad you didnt get any, huh? I mean after all, you still have food.....

"I was in favor of bush's reelection that's true."

"You were in Favor of Bush??"

Personally, muddy, *I* think DF wanted Bush reelected because he thinks Bush is so much trouble for the rest of the world (not to mention the whole US - though I'm sure DF truely doesn't give a rat's a$$ about us really) and he thinks that Bush will put an end to us - economically speaking (perhapes in other ways too) - that DF is probably on the edge of his seat waiting for the sky to fall in on us so his country can have a chance in the leading spotlight for a change. Hey, I may be way off the mark on this one but - that's my thought. So, DF, am I close?

Posted by: mrs. muddy at February 1, 2005 08:01 PM

That's not how I would phrase it Mrs Muddy, but you're close to it.
I think this world has been brain washed by market ideology. Look at Kerry, he did not stand for much, look at most of the socialist leaders in Europe, they re just mild, they re not tough ones. Try to find strong unions... The same.
I think it necessary that a huge crisis happen so people can wake up and trust people like Nader or others with guts. The green party needs to rise, but so do the left wing ones.
I hope the entire planet will turn green in reaction to Bush.
For a start he has divided the USA politically. It won't be long till the same process goes worldwide. In fact in Europ far right and far left progress. Every body understand now that status quo can not go on.
I'm tired of the less evil option.
This earth is heading towards an ecological disaster, economic inequalities have never been so wide and the bias in favor of rich people never been so great (well... Never since the end of WWII). It's time for a change.
Bush is heading the wrong way, but you know what, once you start to really push in one direction, the pendulum might well swing back.

I said Bush is next Hoover and I keep on that belief.

"The green party needs to rise, but so do the left wing ones."

The left *has* risen. Or, better phrased, the fanatical/extreme left (as I have been putting it lately) has risen. But then again, so has the fanatical/extreme right. However, the extreme left are the ones that get more coverage and more obnoxious and the extreme right (and sometimes you only just have to be to the "slight" right so to speak) are painted as the "nuts" (and in some cases, I would agree). It's actually the way it has aways been since I've been alive. The thing is, extremities - with anything - never does anyone or anything any good. What is needed is a balance.

"I hope the entire planet will turn green in reaction to Bush."

Sorry, hate to dissapoint you, but no matter *who's* in office, the only green that will ever be apart of me is the part of my ancestry that stems from Ireland.

"For a start he has divided the USA politically."

Shall we blame Hawaii's continuous volcanic eruption on him as well? America has ALWAYS been divided politiaclly. That's why we have so many political parties. Now, if the USA had always been a one party system and then the Democrat, Republican, Libertarian, Independant, Constitutional, Socialist (should I go on?) Parties suddenly came into existance after Bush 43 took office, then I would say you had a good argument....But you don't.

As long as you have a free country with free people who can exercise their freedom of speech...you will always have people who are divided politically. Not to mention that there are what? 6 to 8 billion people on the face of this planet? Millions of us here in the USA? There is *never* going to be a politician who an individual is going to agree with 100%. It's not going to happen. Sometimes it *is* like voting for the lesser of the evils. That's not the way I felt about my vote this past election, but I remeber feeling that way in past elections. It's just Life.

Uh, the green party IS the left.

Posted by: skywalker at February 3, 2005 07:07 PM

Oh yes! that is very true. Sorry, I missed bringing out that point...I have a bad headache tonight.

"Bush is heading the wrong way"

Dont forget that the majority of people voted for him.

The MAJORITY.

So if he is taking America in the wrong direction than you need to blame America as a whole because I dont know how much you know about our system, Df. But the President cannot do anything by himself.
Even the Iraqi was was voted on by the people we voted to represent us.

THE PEOPLE WE VOTED FOR.

So do us a favor and eat another snail and drink your wine and please dont bother yourself with the fact that Iraqi families went hungry so your country could line its pockets.

And you say your for the people. Which people is that DF? Whichever people you can profit from the most.

France is a parasite.
