How not to stop illegal immigration

When you an animal crosses a road at a particular point you put up a crossing sign. They normally work as I almost hit five deer one night at work and what do you know they were only about 20-30 feet from a deer crossing sign.
So..
If we know illegal immigrants cross at points on I-5 and put up signs, how about we arrest folks and send them back.
